Your name is a romantic fantasy movie which tells the story of Mitsuha and Taki whose souls are replaced by each other by the fate to stop a disaster. The awkward situation which made them to pose as each other connects their heart and the love story with a uncertain future begins.
2. Summer wars 2009
Summer Wars is a family drama movie which turned to a surviving film at the end. The story is surrounded by a virtual world which connects the people in Tokyo. But this virtuality becomes a disaster for the real world. The story begins when Natsuki invite Kenji for her hometown visit. But the family gathering ends soon when a cyber attack happened.
3. Wolf children 2012
Wolf Children is a heart warming movie about the struggles of a single mother to raise her children. The movie tells the story of Hana who falls in love for a warewolf and had two children Ame and Yuri. But the death of her husband left Hana with two children who are also inherit the ability of warewolf.
4. A Silent Voice 2016
A Silent Voice is movie of redemption from regrettable actions. The movie begins when a transfer student Shouko come to her new school and Shouya bullied her for being a deaf but his wrongdoing placed a guilt in his heart throughout his school life. In his final years of high school Shouya decide to meet Shouko and struggled to make things correct between two of them.
5. The Garden of Words 2013
This is a romantic slice of life movie whice walk around Takao a Shoemaker and Yukari. They first met at the beginning of rainy season at garden and eventually become friends. Their individual struggle took rest while they are with each other but the end of rainy season also ends the days of their meeting.
6. Perfect Blue 1998
Perfect Blue is a psychological drama film about a film actress Mima and her manager Rumi. The movie tells the mental disturbance and uneasiness in life when you feel something weird is happening arround you. This movie takes your full attention to understand the scenario.
7. Princess Mononoke 1997
Princess Mononoke is action adventure movie which gives the understanding of nature and technology. The movie walk around Prince Ashitaka who come to a iron town where he found the conflicts between the lady Eboshi who’s doing deforestation and princess San who’s against it.
8. Children Who Chase Lost Voices 2011
This is a romantic adventure movie of Asuna who lived in a confined place and Shun who take her to a journey where they see lots of unimaginable things and beauty of world. This is a very good fantasy movie which shows the melodies of nature.
9. Weathering With You 2019
Weathering With You is a romance fantasy movie which tells the story of Hodaka who come to Tokyo but the financial situation and struggle for job made his life gloomy until he met Hina. Hina is cheerful girl who has the strange ability to change weather. The movie shows how the presence of Hina made Hodaka cheerful again.
10. Spirited Away 2001
Spirited Away is a wonderful adventure movie about a little girl Chihiro who unconsciously trapped into the spirit world where she strive to save her parents who turned into pigs mysteriously. Now Chihiro have to work with spirits in this unfamiliar world and found a way to return home.
